Gallery owner Dr. Nanna Preußners studied art history with a focus on contemporary art and media at the University of Munich and earned her doctorate with a dissertation on the British artist Anish Kapoor. After several years of professional experience in galleries in London, Munich, and Hamburg, she founded her own gallery in Hamburg in 2008. After 17 years, the exhibition program has been continued in Munich's museum quarter since January 2026.
The program focuses on international contemporary art in the media of painting, drawing, sculpture, and installation. In addition to established artists, the gallery also represents young, promising, and mid-career artists. The focus is on minimalist approaches within the fields of Minimalism, Color Field painting, Monochrome art, and Geometric and Organic Abstraction.
In addition to the exhibition program, the gallery provides intensive consulting for private and corporate clients, including individually tailored concepts for collections and architecturally integrated artworks.
